Holiday Return & Exchange Policy

Valid for orders placed November 27 – December 24

We offer store credit or exchanges only for all eligible U.S. orders. No refunds are provided. You may return or exchange qualifying items until January 15.


Eligibility Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • All tags attached

Returns will be issued as store credit only, and store credit never expires.
Shipping costs are not included in store credit amounts.

Please include your packing slip with all returned items. Only items listed on your approved return authorization will be processed.


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (including hats, journals, handbags, door hangers, stickers, etc.)

  • Any item marked Final Sale


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not offer price adjustments for past purchases, promotions, or sale events.
